I came here, found a message on the door that they will be back in 10 mins. After waiting 20 mins, nobody show up.... Very cheap and very low quality. It will break after the first trip
I needed new luggage and decided to check out this place, in fact, it was the first of one of my stops. The lady who helped me to pick out the right luggage for myself was nice and knowledgeable. Also, she offered me a decent discount on the luggage bag that I decided to get. I will definitely come back if I will be in need of travel necessities in the future. If you need anything luggage related I will recommend checking this place out before going to luggage places in the mall. They have a good selection of luggage and carry-ons, including children types.
Sold me luggage with locked lock that I don't know the password for and refused to excahnge ig as it's outpf their one week exchange policy and i didn't notice taht until i was flying and called today to ask if they have spare wheels for the luggage which came off on it's on during my first flight doesn't have any spare tires for purchase and then i asked for recommendations on where i can purchase person didn't even respond. Very poor customer service on dealing with these type of issues
Worst experience ever ! We were showed all "expensive" bags at first and then we mentioned that others are selling for way less price he said we sell that set of 4 bags for only $150 which was a lie. When we asked to buy that set he said it's sold out !! When we called other locations of luggage garage they said no set of 4 bags (2 30" and 2 carry on) would be selling for $150. Complete waste of time !
Bought some luggage here in the summer. Within a couple of months, the wheels fell apart, zippers broke, and a couple other pieces broke on the Toscana luggage. I went back as they said it’s guaranteed for life when I bought it. I provided all of my details, and they said, they don’t keep any details on customers you have to have registered for the warranty. They never provided any of those details at purchase and basically said sorry but you’re out of luck. Their customer service is terrible, their product is terrible, stay away.
