Sto9d around for alm9st 10mins today trying to get some help and info on 2 large luggage we would have liked to purchase. A gentleman seemed busy with another customer however didn't realize until we were leaving another assoc, a woman literally ignored us the entire time. Store was dead, not busy. As a CS manager for a large Canadian retailer my feedback is to greet & follow up with potential customers. In the economy every sale counts
Decent collection overall but the service was amazing. Adarsh and Poly were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!! Thanks to them, I have my favorite luggage with me now. Haha.
Damaged bag, didn’t notice it but took it back as quick as possible. Nope no return they inspect the bags before they’re sold and I must of damaged it. I literally took it to the car and home and noticed the damage, if the bag can’t survive that then how is it supposed to survive a flight. Even so they didn’t want to hear it, didn’t even offer a deal on another bag, a joke. Go to Cavallino, better deal and they won’t screw you over.
Pat and Nancy were excellent to deal with. They were incredibly helpful in helping us get our baggage that we are looking for in time for our trip. It’s a breath of fresh air these days to have that level of service and care. Thank you to Pat and Nancy.
I was given a price and when I came back to buy the item they told me it was more expensive and the employee made a mistake .I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that there was nothing she could do.terribke customer service.
Very bad experience. Do not buy suitcase from Bentley store in Dixie Mall Mississauga. I bought two suitcase of IT company from Bentley store in Dixie mall. After few months without using in any flight it develped a problem under one wheels, due to which it become unstable and can't roll properly. I gone to strore , they refused to do anything. After insisting they send me to Evex luggage repair centre at Dundas at. east. They returned back after one week that they can't do any thing, its base depressed, so go to Bentley they will replace it. When gone to Benley store Dixie mall, Manager directly refused to replace it. She said, we can not do anything. I told her that it is manufacturing defect but she was not ready to hear any thing. Now my suitcase is just garbage. IT suitcase company should be ashamed of such managers due to them people losing faith in " IT luggage and suitcase ".
The products are good but a little expensive. They really don't like returns so please be sure that you want the item you're buying. I bought something there and then someone give the same thing as a gift so I decided to return it and they were rude.
