Very poor service, contacted this office and spoke to Anthony about getting a quote for commercial insurance . I informed him that my closing was approaching and I needed a quote quickly. He told me no problem and he would get on it right away. Well he never got on it, several days passed and I still didn't receive a quote. I sent him emails and contacted his office inquiring about the status of the quote he never got back to me and decided instead to ignore me. Thankfully I found another broker and within 24hrs I got a quote. Don't waste your time here. Very unprofessional!
very very poor service and be careful they are cheating the customers by giving fake information after 8 years with rhem I discovered that they are cheating me .Do not trust them

She answers all my questions patiently, and explain everything what is covered and what's not. I would highly recommend Miranda if you are getting quote insurance from this Insurance agent.
