We had an accident in the USA. We got proper instructions on how to deal with this. Once back in Canada, they treated us fairly, quickly and communication was easy.

The agent assigned to my husbands claim has been very helpful. However everything aside from him has been a train wreck. It's been almost a month from the accident and still no offer. The tow company used held the car for 2 weeks, the body shop used took their sweet time looking at the damage, and the claim adjuster that was supposed to get back to us yesterday, hasn't called or anything.They are beyond frustrating.
Always have had good experiences with their customer service and have a been a customer for years. Also previously worked here for a bit and they are very thorough with good coverage options.
