The worst service I have ever experienced. I called in to say that I'm picking up my new vehicle and need insurance confirmation. I waited and waited and nothing (3 hours). Long story short the dealership closed and I had to call into head office and pick up my vehicle the next day.Great customer service Jelysa Delgado .I hope this was worth loosing a good customer.
I have been an ALLSTATE customer for over 35 years and I have always had excellent service. My rates have always been comparable to industry standards. I probably could have gone elsewhere for cheaper rates but I wasn't prepared to give up the prompt and courteous service, and peace of mind knowing that if I have an insurance claim it will get dealt with quickly and hassle-free. I have dealt with the Mississauga South Branch for over 25 years and have been 100% satisfied.
I went in to the Allstate branch located at 3105 Dundas St W. to take care of a matter regarding my home insurance. I was looked after by Sarah Melhuish and, I must say, she was fantastic. She addressed all my concerns promptly took the extra time to educate me on some important details about my policy. 5-STARS!
Would avoid at all costs these guys r scammers, they said they increase all there prices before other insurance companies, what bolshit way to charge more, also these guys have very bad reputation, everyone go to sonnet way cheaper and reasonable. I was paying 285/mth for a long time and same coverage with sonnet for 160/mth no bolshit and gotten more coverage, from 1mil to 2 mil and gotten vroom service in the same price. Do not go to this branch they only offer discount to their own people, not being racist. These people do not want to help customers save but want to reach an monthly target, also this is not an fake review. Very bad customer service, avoid Magdela/ sarah at all costs.
Never had any issues with any other reps there, all are nice and professional. Just one of them who's name as I heard is Julisa was extremely rude. She didn't even wanted to tell her name properly and was talking as if she is doing a favour to me by giving me the info I asked. Being a customer and paying them ridiculous amount of money for car insurance, expecting professional attitude is not much to ask. This lady I feel has some personal issues or frustrations which she takes out at the customers. She needs to really learn customer service......
