Very unresponsive. As a potential new customer I tried reaching out to Shoaib Jafri countless times for a quote and a few other matters but I would NEVER get a response back. I tried emailing and calling but NEVER got a hold of him. I am very surprised that they would not return calls/emails for new business. Imagine if I was in a bind with a service they provided and they would never return your calls or emails. I do not know how they have such good ratings - I assume they are bought or had their friends and family write them.
