No one ever wants to pick up the phone here; I am shocked to see how these guys run a client service business but never pick up the phone. Will not recommend, I am reading the rest of the reviews here and it doesn't seem like I am the first with the problem, and I see the response to the reviews stating that we never got a call from this number. DO BETTER! Also hire a receptionist who is capable.
I’ve used them for 4 years in the beginning my first broker was awesome I would have highly recommended but she left and they switched me to another broker that was inexperienced and was constantly giving me misinformation (such as telling me I can’t get my insurance until my car’s VIN number changes - crazy) then he proceeded to ghost me when I would ask for updates on my insurance. I do not recommend doing your business with them. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
