I'm adding to my review, My claims adjuster asked me to get a quote for my Technics floor model speakers, I got 2 which I sent to him over 2 months ago, plus phone calls and emails to him, NO response. I sent emails to State Farm(certas) No reply there either. I can kiss the replacement of my speakers good bye as the money hasn't been forth coming. When the problem (6 months now) with my house is done I will be changing insurance companies.Being insured is the law unfortunately, there should be a law regarding how one is treated dealing with insurance companies. I was told my auto/home ins. that "Your monthly amount fluctuates because all three policies have different renewal dates". Really? the amount I drive or my vehicles hasn't changed, my house hasn't moved, in one year my insurance has increased $57, that's not a fluctuation . $38 increase last month because someone working in my house forgot to plug in my sump pump and flooded my basement. NOT my fault, I've never ever a claim in the 45-50 yrs I was with State Farm now Certas, this will affect me and my rates for the next year, the other party has accepted responsibility . Car was brought in to the autobody shop on Sept. 25th,2018, was told the appraiser would be there by the next day. Many phone calls and note today Oct. 6 I was told the appraiser went on Oct. 4.!!!Two weeks without my car, which I could have been driving. Every call I was told the appraiser would be there the next day. Absolutely unacceptable service. Never use this service!
Very poor service. I have been waiting for someone from the claims department to call me back for 5 days now. I have left over 5 messages, talked to multiple people and still nothing. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. When my claim is finally done I will be pulling from this company. If this company is your last resort DO NOT DO IT. They are quick to take your money but extremely slow to hold their end of the deal.What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like most insurance companies they are CROOKS!!! Only out to make a buck off of hard working PAYING customers! You have the presidents of these companies making so much money and are not even there to protect or help out their clients. The customer service was extremely poor I could mention names but that is not necessary hopefully some in their company will read these reviews and think twice and make pleas to the government to change rules and regulation about policies and make insurance affordable for people! I can truly say that I hate all insurance companies because they are heartless money grabbing companies!!! Once my policy is up I will find a new company until the change the rules again!!!
