You're not valued as a client at this location, in my experience with multiple agents here -- especially Neera Kapoor. She is rude, unhelpful and cares not for service in the least. I asked for her manager and she refused on multiple occasions, obviously hiding something. Terrible experience. They filled to mail me my insurance slips and I got a ticket for not producing insurance. The fault was squarely on all state and I have yet to receive any form of compensation. If you can find a better insurance provider or at least a different location please do, for your own good.

Would give 7 Stars if possible!!! We received a referral from a friend to the insurance broker Gillian at Allstate as we were shopping for quotes. We haven't made any claims with them thus far, but the whole process of quoting, transferring, and activating our insurance has been an amazing experience. Service is when companies follow up and get back to you promptly and Gillian met and exceeded those customer service expectations. We are so happy with the experience so far and the rates were very competitive. Would highly recommend anyone to do business with them, perhaps that the service you get when you deal with insurance companies directly and not financial institutions who have another company underwrite their policies for them!!!!
