Lone East Indian employee working on December 4th, 2025 at 6:00pm (with no name tag) was extremely rude and unprofessional with multiple customers, and especially women. He was yelling, being argumentative and telling customers to shut up. He needs to be disciplined. Edit: Shell’s copy and pasted response to a serious issue and unprofessional/disrespectful employee tells me all I need to know.
Dhia was amazing, provided the best gas station experience to ever have. To think you can have such a 5 star experience in a Canadaian gas station like it’s Dubai and tbh this couldn’t have been done without the man working that night at 11:30pm bought 4 waters and 4 red bulls all rich and cold in flavour. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. Man definitely deserves to be in higher places.
I mainly visit this Shell station for their Shell touchless car wash. It's a good service, but the car wash is usually busy — about 90% of the time, I have to wait behind 3 to 4 cars. The gas prices here are average, not particularly competitive but not overpriced either. I haven’t had any bad customer service experiences at this location, so I would say I'm neutral about the overall service they provide.
Absolute worst car wash experience of my life. 0 stars. This is the slowest car wash ever! Who has an hour to waste in the middle of a weekday?! Given you can't see how long the lineup is because it goes behind both the station itself and the carwash, you really have no idea what you are getting into. I really feel for any poor sucker that gets a multi-wash/seasonal pass for this garbage! Change it or rip it out Shell! Garbage!! Bonus is I had plenty of time to read all of the other abyssmal reviews while I had the privelege of WAITING!!! >:(
Worst car wash, it was really busy, because there are only 2 Shell car wash in this area. Their left side does not work at all. There was sooo much soap left. Please save your time and take your business somewhere else.
This might be the BUSIEST CAR WASH IN THE GTA. Seriously I don’t understand how people are complaining about the car wash being bad but there’s still at least 5 cars in queue at midnight on a random Tuesday for christ’s sake. Why keep coming here and wasting time then if it’s so bad lol
Extremely disappointed. The wash did nothing almost nothing for my car, it's still almost as dirty as it was before. And when I tried to bring this up with the attendant behind the counter, he was very rude, even refusing to come out and look at the car. When he finally did come out, he ran his finger over the hood and told me to look for another car wash, because that's the best this car wash can do. I finally asked if there is anything else he can do, like a rewash or refund, he just said No. I was looking for touchless wash in my area, this will definitely not be it. Stay away
