Stood outside in the cold this morning for a long time. Knocked and called several times no answer. Service technician was nowhere to be found. Walked around the back, nothing.

Pumps not working properly. I choose this location because they offer extra savings on gas for CAA members, but once you select regular fuel (87 octane), the pump just re fill with premium or 93 octane, so your savings are not worth.
Rizwan is rude. It's 1230am and won't let someone choose a drink. I've been going here for years and I've gone in at this time before. I asked him to get me a drink. Doesn't know the promotion wasn't helpful at all. He's been working there for years and always rude. First time I had to complain about him.
I am a Taxi driver i almost visited this location every other 2 days to get my gas and i like to clean my windshield and windows always the windshield washer fluid always is very very dirty so dark and also sticky looks like they never change, i been watching last six months still the same i like to use shell gas station to collect my air miles but This gas station is the only closer for me and the service we getting is very very poor sometimes receipt is not there i have to go to the cashier to get cause out of paper please guys keep things well maintained we really appreciated
Very bad service I bought open 3 refills and went to vehicle and noticed it was already open without wasting a time less than a minute from purchase went back to tell them this s already open and I won't accept it Rizwan sales person there he did not listened to me and said you opened it, I told him it was opened before but guy didnot even bothered as he knows it was opened before and he said talked to my manger in morning
