Filling up gas at 10:53 pm but there washroom is not useable these days its random excuse by gas station attendants I don't know why they play these games
Went to get gas and was supposed to be $147.9 and it ended up being $185.9. There machines are rigged. Always an issue there. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Very rude and poor customer service behind the counter! They don't help you at all and don't know anything. Used my CAA card and the promo on the shell app, and it magically doesn't work here, and the guy doesn't know ! Like stated before scam artists ! * went to the next shell and everything worked fine !
??♂️This is one of only a few places to get gas in central Mississauga, take attention. If you need gas the stations can be far apart! Drive safely & I recommend getting a coffee because if you get five the sixth coffee is free. There's a stamp-able card.☕?? Isn't it ironic that this Shell station is across from starbucks? You know because Starbucks has a mermaid as a logo. ?? I like Air Miles as a loyalty program so even if you do not drive it's nice to go to Shell to buy beverages or chocolate bars...?? Personally I have watched racing for many years & the company is pretty responsible to the environment as I understand.?️? Enjoy your time in Mississauga please be respectful of those who are walking. Hit thumbs up on this review & drive safe. ?
This gas station always has shady people pumping gasoline, and sometimes people keep their car running while pumping gas, or smoking a cigarette. This is unsafe. Moreover, the pump machine malfunctioned for me numerous times. I do not feel these machines are serviced properly. I do not like buying gas here anymore.
Use self service to refuel my car and at the end it didn't print the receipt while saying receipt printed. Went inside and ask for a copy of receipt and as a good gesture try to inform him that maybe that unit is out of paper ... instead of saying as a good customer service "I'll check and thanks for informing" he replied that it didn't say it here on my screen. That's how you loose customers.
Horrible service - waited for long time for the attendant to open the pump but she never did - paid at the pump with card. Went inside anyways to get lottery ticket but apparently other customers behind me have the priority to be served because they are paying for gas. I stood at the counter while attendant by the name Manika served customers paying for gas, ice cream and slurpee. Just cashed my lottery tickets and didn’t buy more from them.
