Very poor customer service. I went in to prepay for gas, not after pumping. There were two counters open—one for cash and one for debit. The cashier called me to the second counter, then after seeing I had a $100 bill, told me cash wouldn’t work there and sent me to the first counter. After that, she served the next customer instead of me. When it was finally my turn again and I asked to prepay $30 for gas, she suddenly said she didn’t have change. This was frustrating because she had already seen my $100 bill earlier and still made me wait twice just to say she couldn’t help. This happened in the GTA, where cash payments are very common. I also work at a gas station and understand that change shortages can happen, but we always try to manage and provide the best possible service. Unfortunately, I did not see any effort or proper customer service here.
Don’t go to this gas station, I filled up my gas paid at the machine got a receipt started to drive away and then the cashier came running out after us saying we didn’t pay and our transaction didn’t go through. I went onto my banking app, that wasn’t enough proof for her so I had to call my bank they said the transaction went through. She then was on the phone with her boss I’m assuming that said this happens sometimes, well great thanks for making me look like a criminal super embarrassing. I will not be back to this location. The worst part is too I honestly don’t think she still believed me she made me leave my phone number and name.
Excellent One-Stop Spot! I always have a great experience at this Shell gas station. Not only is it convenient for fueling up, but they also offer a clean and efficient car wash that leaves my car looking spotless. The air pump and vacuum stations are well-maintained and easy to use—perfect for quick touch-ups. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is organized and in good working order. It’s become my go-to stop for all things car-related. Highly recommended!
I liked that it's a single car per lane, but I wasn't happy to find out there are no towel papers in the 2 lanes I stopped at. Please refill towel paper more frequently.
Bought a pack of cinnamon rolls, didn’t realize they were past expiry, opened them and they were full of mould. Expired food should not be sold on the shelves.
Really dissapointed and quite disgusted with the issues we are facing with COVID19 the clerk was wiping her runny nose then processing customers without sanitizing are washing her hands. I am sorry but what the heck is wrong with people there. We all have to work together to prevent the spread and this is downright disugsting.
Do not wash your car here! The car was not properly cleaned and when i informed the lady inside! She told that the touchless car wash would do only a little, unlike the touch ones! Terrible customer service even after paying for the expensive premium wash! Wouldn't recommend going here for car was! Gas prices are overpriced too.
