Your carwash has a huge leak and barely dispensing soap. I showed these videos to the cashier and asked for the refunds, but she refused to give it to me because she said no one was complaining about the leak, and I was the only one complainingabout it. What an excuse. Please train your employees better or better yet hire more qualified employees.
In this station, today, I saw a biggest, most professional Liar... Came herefor discount gas. .But end up paid full regular price of 1,56 with this smiling, professional Liar . He told me 149 but charge 156. What kind of business culture is it? Will not come here again so don't have to see these smiling liars
I ran into a Biggest liar, the most professional Liar at this station today. Got to the station a little before 5pm, gas price 1.56 ( regular for today) ask the clerk, what happen, you guy always cheaper... he did not answer. I pay for it, $50 pump 2... went back to the pump and start pumping.. Look up, the price drops to $ 1,49... I stop, went inside and ask the clerk, it is$149 now, do you charge me 149 or 156... he said 149... I thanks him and went back the pump, continue pumping. When completed, I print up the receipt, it shows 1,56. Went inside and confront him? He smile and answe, it is the system, nothing I Can do. How can a person, raise to be dishonest like this What kind of people, can dress theirs face with beautiful smile then cheated you??? Even for $3. Just don't want to see these liars again. Will not visit this station anymore
I used pump #7 and prepaid with my credit card. The pump displayed $8.00 from a previous purchase when I removed the nozzle and I started filling my tank, it started charging from $8.00. I stopped at $9.30 and went inside the store to explain the situation. The cashier refused to acknowledge the problem, insisting that all pumps are prepaid and that nothing could be done. She tried to contact her manager, but they ignored my request. I believe the pumps are set up to unfairly charge customers.
Really hope to know is that shell shop close instead of 24-7? I thought it’s working for 24 hours, and there was one worker but she said close and lock the door.
Extreme Cold Warning for Feb 03 Hazard: Wind chill values near minus 30. Timing: This morning and again tonight into Saturday, But this poor location is only place in Mississauga without a small thing like Microwave for their staff and customers. I personally visit and called the Manager but she was angry on me. WISH she will manage to provide this winter. Also not filling the washer fluid.. ridiculous.. every single time I come it's either empty or it has dirty water. Walked to every other pump and all were always empty. Poor management.
