Our carpet on the basement stairs needed to be replaced, so we headed directly to Ultra Carpet & Flooring. We were so happy with flooring they had installed previously for us so we went back to give them our business for the stairs. The installer did an excellent job. Noor from the store is a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman to work with. We would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet and flooring.

We received good advice when our insurance agent referred us to Noor Arfeen at Ultra Carpet & Flooring. We were searching for someone to replace hardwood flooring that had been damaged when a dishwasher leaked. An Ultra installer arrived when scheduled, took care when moving a refrigerator, carefully removed the warped hardwood, and accepted requests and suggestions graciously when selecting and installing the new hardwood. He finished the work quickly, tidied up nicely and shared some charming stories about his life in Poland and Canada, even though he barely took a break to drink his coffee.
We shopped around for replacing the dated carpet with hardwood floor. We shopped big boxed stores and also a verity of stores up and down Dundas. Ultra Carper had the choices with patient and knowledgeable staff who found us the exact flooring we wanted - a very nice Jatoba natural Canadian made hardwood - at a very good price. It was installed within a week and we have been happy with it since. Thanks ultra carpet!
