This company doesn't deserve the 1 star but no option to put 0. Poor quality product...we purchased red oak hardwood and after installation there were gaps and chipping everywhere. Barry blamed installer for doing a poor job but when used his installers for the main floor, same issue with gaps. Total waste of 13k....we ended up tearing all the hardwood out and replaced with better quality product...and guess what? No more gaps.
Very unpleasant experience. Very rude attitude of employee, no knowledge on products, not answering questions, just one word reply on questions, Costco or Homedepot offers better products with better price. Do not waste your time, money and energy.

Wilson from Oasis was very helpful and most informative making our decision process much easier. Oasis provides quality Canadian hardwood flooring along with high end finishing and NO VOCs. We required a custom colour, Paul from Oasis matched it to a tee. Price was reasonable. After months of research we are very happy, and pleased with our decision to go with Oasis! Our floor is beautiful!!!

Excellent experience! No customer service could be better. The store was introduced to us by different people coincidentally before, but we didn’t go there as our first visit, since we were not sure if it would have exactly what we wanted to match our existing flooring. Unsurprisingly, they didn’t have it as a regular product, so it had to be a special order. But still! Oasis gave us the best price, regardless it had to be a special order, comparing to any other stores that carry this floor regularly. On top of this good price, a bit more than a month later, when we finally finished the flooring installation, we found about 30% extra left! It is a lot of money, and we were really worried, because most of the time, special order is not refundable, despite the time is already past a month! However, the store owner helped us returned these special ordered floor with 0 restoration charge, not even any hard time negotiation! I’m really glad we picked this store... this is probably the best store we have experienced for material shopping throughout my whole renovation period... I would strongly strongly recommend it to everyone!
The staff here really had a lot of patience with me and I appreciate that, even though I was being a little inconsiderate about the timing of delivery and installation of my new floors. They gave me a great deal too, the wife was pleased!
