Once again we turned to The Floor Shop for an install and once again they delivered. Debbie came through with good ideas, helpful suggestions and a great price. I wanted something to cover up a tile floor I never liked and thought plank vinyl would work economically and esthetically but wondered if we could make the right choice from sample boards. We did, love the floor. And the other right choice we made was getting The Floor Shop install crew. Bob and his partner, Kalin I think, impressed me very much with their focus on detail. We had our office and upstairs done by the floor shop. It was top quality work. The workers worked around our small space, did their best to keep everything clean. Engineered hardwood perfectly laid and baseboards done without any marks. Pricing was fair, and every aspect laid out, labour, materials, baseboards, quarter round etc. Highly recommend.
The Floor Shop was absolutely brilliant! We looked at a lot of different sites for vinyl plank flooring before settling on a product that we were satisfied with. We were referred to this company by our realtor just before we bought the property. In this place, for the same price, we were able to acquire a far superior product, and it was delivered in a timely manner, which was fantastic! Without a doubt, I would suggest it!

I am writing this review right after a horrible experience with another supplier. I called 8 places looking for hardwood and this was the only place that actually gave me a straight answer and even tried to help me find the product somewhere else. I can't say anything about the products they sell.. yet. But customer service was great!
We loved working with Debbie and The Floor Shop in Mississauga. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. Many many questions answered. We had our whole top floor redone, removing very old hardwood and replacing with new. Tomas and John were our installers and they were fabulous, and very hard workers. They screwed down our existing subfloors, put in new plywood and installed the new hardwood. They also installed new hardwood on our stairs and wow! The Floor Shop made each step as a single piece of wood and again it is fabulous. All this done in the time we were promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.
