After visiting multiple tile showrooms across the GTA, and still not finding what i wanted, a friend recommended that I check out Surfaces/Dragona. I needed different tile styles for my reno project and I ended up ordering all my tiles from them. They clearly take time to ensure that their inventory and customer service is high quality. And to top that off, their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them.
My hubby and I are doing some Renos to make our home look and feel better! We were greeted and well taken care of by a lady by the name of Nour. She was very helpful and gave great suggestions. We bought the flooring and I’m loving the look of my home!
When I renovated 2 bathrooms in July 2020, I bought all bath and floor tiles from Surfaces/Dragona, the Winston Churchill & Dundas location. (2 Pics attached below). Customer service was exceptional. Amy was knowledgeable and efficient with my design choices. Best prices in town! They have all the conservative/mainstream colours in stock -the whites, creams and beiges. Any other color, generally requires special order.
The service here is awesome and the guys at the front desk really know what they're doing! They're super friendly and helpful, and are usually full of really excellent tips for first time renovators. Plus it's always great to support a local family business! :)
Fantastic service with very good pricing. We have been dealing with Dragona for years. We are always extremely pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff throughout the process of purchase.
The service was terrible. I came 1st time, walked around and nobody ordered me help ( I definitely was lost and it was obvious. I do renovation 1st time and have no clue what better to buy ). I left and went to x-Tile where I got help as soon as I step in. Even without asking. I bout there about 200 s.f of tile and get back to Dragona place for 2 small boxes of tile. I knew what I need, I paid and waiting for the help. They brought my boxes to the door and left there. I kept waiting.... finally I loaded it by myself.
BE CAREFUL!!! Bought flooring material and the type bought was recommended by the owner as the best for the job. When job started contactor disagrees as that type was harder to work with. They found every loophole not to exchange (not return) the product and I am left with hundreds of dollars of material. You would think the owner is more knowledgeable or has more integrity, Will NEVER buy there again FOOL ME ONCE.... A business should realise that great customer service will trump the almighty dollar everytime.
