They know how to deal with people! Aside from the friendly attitude their prices are lower than any other hardwood provider that we checked out, there were many. Even my nephew, who’s in the same business couldn’t compete. Danny was always accommodating and worked some magic with pricing and installation costs!

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this company. I bought vinyl flooring from them and also hired them for installation. I paid the full amount they asked for, even a bit higher than the market rate, because they promised an installation warranty. After just a month, my vinyl flooring started sinking in several areas. I contacted the shop multiple times, but they kept avoiding me. Eventually, they gave me an email address to send my complaint to. It’s been almost three months now, and I haven’t received any response. When I tried calling again, they stopped answering my calls. After about 50 attempts, they finally said my warranty wasn’t covered and made some lame excuses. Terrible customer service. Please be aware of this kind of business before wasting your money.
