We recently had carpeting installed on our stairs. We purchased our carpeting from Designer's Carpet One in Mississauga and it is beautiful and high quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their installers, Kadir and Sherry, did an excellent job installing and their attitude was friendly and they were only interested in doing a good job the right way. Rebecca and Designer's Carpet One have been wonderful since we walked into the store. Rebecca has be super helpful in helping us and showing us the variety of different carpets we could consider for or staircase runner (and binding) In the end we found a carpet that fit both our asethetic need and our budget - thank you Rebecca. Designers Carpet was very responsive given these trying times. Although there were some delays given the uncertain business environment, Designers Carpet stepped up. Their installers were clean, efficient given the number of stairs involved in the installation. Two big thumbs up.
Rebecca was awesome helping my wife and I pick out carpet for our condo. She made terrific suggestions on the underlay and it was perfect! A little hiccup with the installers not cleaning the floor well enough (for me anyway!), but they did a marvellous job on the install. I chose the Engineered Hard wood Maple Preoil, Gary colour, which is easy to scratch & dent. I advise before choosing the Hard wood it batter to get advise from Designers Carpet expert. Thank you
