My experience with the store at 1855 Dundas St. E, Mississauga was very positive! From the Sales person, to the installer coordinator, to the installers themselves. The communication was wonderful, the job was done very professionally and the product is great quality and value for the money. As a Realtor, I was assisting a Seller client with some upgrading and he was so pleased with my suggestion. I highly recommend Alexanian Carpet & Flooring on Dundas St. in Mississauga.
DO NOT SEND YOUR AREA RUGS FOR CLEANING HERE. Despite being "cleaned" twice, my area rug came back with fluffs and hairs still on the surface. I spoke with the cleaning department twice on this and there was zero interest in providing any sort of refund. I am not interested in a re-clean because I hauled the rug to their facility twice and it came back dirty both times.
Not sure why there aren't more reviews. This store has been here for 20+ years. Family run company. Great mid-high range products with very good servicing. Loads of selection.
Bought carpet from them and they installed it. The buying was OK, Caz the salesman was informative and knowledgable. The installation was less then satisfactory. Seams were showing, there were gaps under the baseboard. Called Caz, he sent the installer to look, he said nothing could be done and have not heard from Caz after the inspection. Not a great after sales experience.
