The Cups offers a selection of Korean desserts and beverages, with a focus on Bingsu. They also offer other dessert items such as croffle, cakes, toast and specialty drinks. I ordered the strawberry bingsu which was delicious, and perfect for sharing. It was flavorful, topped with juicy strawberries and cheesecake pieces. The Mississauga location is bright and spacious, with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly, and the ordering process is easy: you place your order and pay at the counter, and your food is brought to your table when it’s ready.

Can't be more disappointed than this. The drinks just taste fake and artificial, honeydew bingsoo with another artificial syrup, and lastly tiramisu bingsoo, doesn't come with any coffee or espresso, I asked and the guy said it's flavored coffee syrup, not real coffee, but only at the very bottom. So what tastes coffee I have tried so many tiramisu bingsoo but this one was definitely the worst.

We sat down at a table for a party of 4 and we had to leave due to a party of 8 that came in when one of our party members were still eating. I thought it was a little rude they kicked us out and not anyone else. There were people who were talking and not eating just like us. There were many times we had a big group but had to leave due to no seatings.

My girlfriend and I usually never write reviews and can accept when food isnt the best. But because we paid almost $50 for 2 tiny slices of tiramisu and 2 drinks that were almost inedible, we had to write one. This is not the place for matcha and teas. They mixed the matcha with an electric hand mixer and it tasted really chalky and clumpy. Both drinks were way too sweet, and the matcha was somehow also too bitter. The tiramisu slices were tiny, dense, and half frozen. It’s completely understandable when food is expensive and tastes good, but if it’s like this, it just feels like money down the drain. We also waited 25 mins to get our stuff to go

I've always enjoyed bingsu from The Cups. I would always get injeolmi but this time we got the mango and Chocolate Forest to try. Mango was a bit sweet but I think the fruit itself was just sweet. Chocolate Forest was way too sweet for my taste. I think I'll just stick to injeolmi next time.
