At 5am, I would expect faster service... especially for an airport. Waiting 20 minutes in line is ridiculous. No Timbits either. I walked away and looked for food beyond US customs.
Review for Tim Hortons by gate D38 Three employees finished a 5 minute conversation while ignoring me waiting to order. When I went back to receive an item that was missing from the order (waited for another conversation to finish) I was met with disbelief, annoyance & finally all three laughed at me and told me to wait over there.
Not one good thing to say unfortunately, no customer service, terrible attitude and poor food quality, got a BELT bagel with beige and pink bacon after asking simply for them to cook the bacon in the microwave for 20 seconds. When I returned it and asked for a new one politely, I was asked “why did you ask for us to heat up the bacon? Why do you want a new one now?” Sorry I don’t like undercooked bacon..
