I have always had a wonderful experience, this time made it even more wonderful. I went to get my birthday freebie drink and was surprised with a free donut. It was very sweet of the lady (Azza) to do that for me. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I just walked out of this location they are always so slow in there there is 3 people working and one person named Jason is killing himself trying to do everything if I had my choice I wouldn't return but it's the only location close to my house
I’ve had a sour experience here previously where a supervisor was yelling at the staff infront of customers. Today, I felt compelled to write that Jason, the employee here is amazing and he should be the supervisor.

Please be kind because this is a highly populated area and the staff try their hardest! Please pay attention when here. I say that because if you're reading this review, this place could be chaotic if you do not pay attention to your order. Decent garlic bread, GOOD iced coffee, GREAT employees. My big gripe remains the washroom faucet. Weak pressure, ineffective sensor. To the franchise owner or district manager: please get rid of it and consider spending a lil extra. The washroom could also use better ventilation if you get my drift...
