Unfortunately, the coffee tastes different every day, and it is not good. Most of the time, it tastes like plain water rather than real coffee. The food is not fresh, and the sandwich quality is inconsistent from day to day.??????
Waited 8 minutes in drive thru as per usual only to get a watered down coffee. I’m not sure what has been going on at this location but for weeks now the coffee sucks. It’s either watered down or burnt or it doesn’t have enough cream, I’m pretty sure the sugar and cream diapensers are messed up because the coffee is always dark. All this with the lack of proper customer service. The owners of this location need to get their stuff together because this is an ongoing problem for years now and this seems to be the only problematic Tim Hortons around me. I will not be coming to get my coffee at this location anymore until their fix their issues. Your coffee sucks.
Been going to the gas station Tims for over 20 years on a daily basis. Although management has changed a couple of times their employees are just amazing the atmosphere is great my orders have always been on point just such a pleasure to see them . My Nina is wonderfull and makes my day love that women . Love all of them . Keep up the great work .
I’ve tried this location a few times, the wait is always long and they very often do not have iced coffee available. There is drive-thru, which I would think should save time however it never happens and I end up needing to go to a different location. They seem severely understaffed, whether that’s a hiring or ownership problem I am unsure, however the Tim Hortons across the street doesn’t seem to have the same issue.
The only reason why I have been coming to this Tims is because of NINA. She has been exceptionally good and she will always be my favorite person here. Thank you for your kind service and amazing smile in the morning!
A shame and disgrace and the person who did this should’ve sat down and be the one to eat this. I wouldn’t give this to a dog, cat, bunny, not even a rat. I asked for a plain bagel double toasted with butter. Unfortunately, I went through the drive thru so I didn’t review my order until I was already driving down Burnhamthorpe to go to work. Or else I really would’ve went back and say “…. Really guys…. do you have a human heart and brain functioning well?…..” why would you give this to someone to eat. Its sad what society is coming to…. I understand it’s minimum wage and for those workers they worked straight through the pandemic but for goodness sake stop the foolery.
I come here very often. Coffee is almost always fresh, however there have been a few cases where my coffee wasn't full to the top and some stock issues when ordering baked goods, so keep that in mind if you plan to order food.
