The employees work in here have weird attitude, not sure what they are showing that weirdness for, they don’t give a damn, greeting is far they don’t even smile, always have RBF, they literally picked up the stuff from the floor and tried to serve it to me. They have absolutely no sense of sanitation whatsoever. I called her out Instead of an apologizing she rolled her eyes at me like I’ve done something wrong, someone really needs to check these people and provide them with proper training. And no it’s not my first time at this Tim Hortons, I come here quite regularly, their faces never change. They don’t give a damn about you waiting to place an order, they’re just walking around until they feel like they need to give a damn!!! Tim Hortons do better
I ordered French vanilla coffee and they didn't mention that the machine was not working I waited for so long because the line, and when finally get there the told me that machine is not working, this is the 4th time it's happening
There were only two girls working on the counter. I had to wait 7 minutes to just place the order. It was really really long wait to just place and order. Took them a big while to finally ask me what I wanted. They Need to put more people to help customers.
Usually i get my tea and food from other location but this location made my day worse i was hungry and bought food and tea from this location food was over toasted and had butter inside of it as it as not melted what I supposed to do with that. This place need a change definitely
Pleasant staff members, very helpful and attentive. The location is understaffed by the owner and the washrooms are extremely unclean, tables are unclean and floors are not mopped.
They open at 6am, multiple times a week at 7am “they don't have any bakery”. They already have barely any items to start let alone telling people on their way to work they don’t have any food period. Very inconsistent
I don’t know what’s up with the employees but they are really rude .. I have been here 3 times expecting better service each time . The steep tea I got was so cold felt like iced coffee.. do you’ll really want people to stop coming?
