Worst customer service ever. Ordered an ice matcha latte and I specifically told her to add less syrup. What I received tasted nothing like matcha but just a sugary drink. I asked the girl to alter it but she said she can pour out some and just add extra milk. And extra matcha would be an extra cost…. This is ridiculous. I paid almost 6$ for just oat milk with sugar syrup. The employees there were so rude. Would not recommend this place. Does this drink even look like a matcha late?
Edit: the owner reached out to me personally via work email. She explained that their previous cheese supplier was out of stock and they had to temporarily alternate the cheese with a different cheese brand. Chrissy was kind to comp me for a free Mac and Cheese. She informed me that their original cheese supplier was back and if I could give the Mac and cheese another chance. I had the opportunity to go back and try again. The Mac and Cheese tasted as good as it once had. Unfortunately we can’t know for sure if my prior experience was due to spoilage or a different cheese supplier. However, after having giving it another chance, I will be returning for the pasta dishes once again! This is my go to coffee shop for lunch and dinner during my shifts. I always get either the Mac and cheese or chicken Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately, this is my second time receiving pasta that was spoiled. The first time, I had my colleagues try and they all agreed that the pasta has gone bad. The first time this occurred the employee was super accommodating and swapped it out with a new one from the fridge (first one was from the display case). Today I had the same experience with my meal. I tried to explain to the employee that the pasta tasted like rotten milk. And she said, “so it tastes bad?” I tried to explain that it wasn’t because I disliked the taste but rather it tasted like spoilt milk (had a strong sour taste) but the employee replied, “I’m vegan.” “Have you tried this pasta before?” I informed the employee that I have tried it many times in the past. She then responded, “So what do you want me to do.” I told the employee that last time this happened I was provided one from the fridge. The employee told me, “we don’t have any in the fridge because they are all moved to the display case.” She provided me with a new batch from the display case. The second one was better asthe top was fine but nearing the bottom it had the same sour taste. I felt bad to go back a third time so I threw it out. I will likely not be ordering food from here again. Though I love their mango oat smoothie so I will be returning for those!
Ok, I have been one of the first customers to this café. Liked almost every product. But last time, there were flies on the goodies. So disturbing and disgusting. Your prices are not cheap to get a closed fridge or supplies. Never ever again I ll be dealing with this location. I am a dialysis patient and can catch any infection easily. I told the girl working to take the goodie that had the fly on away but she didn't throw it away so most probably she did put it again. There was a women with a kid buying food from there too, hopefully they didn't get sick specially the kid. So disappointing.
They offer free coffee today so i went there and luckily there’s only one customer, so I’ve been standing there waiting for the 2 south asian lady to help me or ask me if i want anything (of-course free coffee) but they ignore me so i left and move to Tims.
