My wife had a phone upgrade processed with Abdul in December. He promised to have the activation fee waived. After being bounced back and forth between Rogers and Wireless wave, we’re in August and nothing has happened. Disappointing service and false promises. Nobody picks up the phone at this store and Abdul has yet to get back to us.
