Nadia was extremely helpful and provided me various options and pricing for plans and devices. I ended up upgrading my plan. She did not push for any sales/upgrades and clearly had my best interest in mind. I will be coming back next month to upgrade devices on my plans and will be asking for Nadia!
They don't care if you are waiting and they don't care to speak to you. Weentered around 7:30 pm today and waited for a while and realized they don't care. Canceling all our Telus lines.

I went into the store on a couple weeks ago to upgrade my phone. Rohan helped me set everything up and was extremely helpful. I had to bring the phone back because it had a hardware problem and luckily had Rohan help me out again. He also explained a discrepancy on my bill and did the exchange without any issues. Square One is not that close to me but I will definitely go there from now on!
