Purchased the Samsung buds 3 pro on sale for 50% off at this location when nobody else had any active sales anywhere. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Product was sealed and legit, no funny business. A bit of a drive from Toronto but worth it.
Purchased an open box pixel cellphone. Phone came in as advertised NEW condition. Had a minor issue with setup but their customer support was prompt and helpful. Had everything set up in no time. Would recommend for device purchases.
Was recommended to get my phone fixed here. The customer service received was appreciated. The rep was knowledgeable and diagnosed my phone to its correct issue. Apart from the service received, the rep helped me choose a case to my liking and added a screen protector in the package. This is not an enterprise this is a scam artist. I've caught him many times selling phones more than what they should be and advertising them for example saying a phone is 5G charging at a 5G price when it's not example: He's selling the s20 fans edition for 700 and some dollars. He's advertising it as s20 FE 5G when it's just S20FE. What he fails to notice is that the S20FE5G comes with a better chipset and it's more about $100 more Canadian. I wouldn't trust anything he sells and he probably doesn't offer a return policy or a refund policy he may allow only exchange in store you know why because he don't want to get back the money that he lost or that he ripped off you just be careful buyer beware So the owner in fact replied to my review any indicated that both phones the S20FE and the S20FE5G are the same phones I'm sure he's referring to the specs however he is incorrect The S20FE no 5G runs with a slower chip exynos the 5G runs on 855 chip that is a huge difference so sir get your facts right and as you can see you are not listing as you said you lied once again. Shame on you
Found these guys through FB market place but when I arrived the photo shown In the ad was a store directly across from them, Learned that the hard way from a lazy female sitting talking on her phone before I interrupted her conversation lol When I figured It out where I was supposed to go, Very friendly folks and excellent customer service. I got a very good deal on a phone and they took care of me, 5 stars hands down. Yes they will see me again and yes I'll be recommending them to my friends and family :)
Good guy instead of replacing my slightly cracked phone ( just in the top corners) he recommended a nice tempered glass screen cover which almost hides everything!
