I came in to have my iPhone screen replaced but was told to come back in 10–15 minutes because the owner and three employees were having lunch—right there in the middle of the retail store. This wasn’t during a typical lunch hour; it was mid-afternoon, which made it even more surprising. All four of them were sitting at a desk eating, chatting, and completely ignoring that a customer had just walked in. What shocked me most was that no one offered to help or even acknowledged me beyond telling me to return later. There was no attempt to step into a back room or keep things professional—it felt like I had walked into someone’s kitchen, not a business. As a customer, the experience was awkward, disappointing, and frankly unprofessional. I understand people need to eat, but in any customer-facing business, service should always come first or at least be handled respectfully. They just lost a customer.
Horrible experience, these guys just scam people everyday. I wanted to sell my iPhone 11 and he offered me $50 I went to another store and they bought it for $140. I even went to them for a charging port fix and they wanted to charge me $250 but I got it done somewhere else for $100
Asked him to fix my broken keyboard button. The guy put glue on it and ended up completely breaking the button even more. Now the keyboard is unusable.
Unprofessional and worst experience. Please avoid this place as you’ll waste your time. I wanted to sell my iPhone11, which I spoke to them that it’s showing battery health at 83% over the phone. But, when I went there after driving for 40 mins, there was some other guy( very stupid), totally lost and unaware and said he won’t take it with stupid reason. They should be in sync with each other and who answers the call Later same day I traded my phone with Apple for $260 for which that same in store was again trying to negotiate with STUPID reason. Loser!
I had my iPhone screen repaired here a few months back and ever since these guys preformed the service my phone hasn’t bin the same. My phone started freezing minimum 5-8 times a day wich has never happened to me before, they insisted it was a software issue and that its bin happening to all iPhone users. My torch on the Lock Screen stopped working, the speaker at the bottom of my phone stopped working and then slowly over the course of about a month the top speaker also stopped working so I could no longer make phone calls without a headset and my alarm didn’t even work on my phone anymore cause none of the speakers were working. I have no idea what these guys have done to my phone but I highly recommend you DO NOT come here for any phone repair. My phone has continued to diminish since getting my phone screen repaired here. My phone no longer reads my SIM card and I can only use it for wifi now. I don’t know what these guys have done to my phone but I went in needing a screen repair and at this point my speakers no longer work at all. My torch on the Home Screen does not work as well as the camera button on the Home Screen. It won’t allow me to update the phone, and now it no longer reads my SIM card. Thanks to tech n sell i now have a lot more problems with my phone then when I originally came in for just a screen repair.
Worst service center and waste of money. I took my laptop with charging complaint and they took $110 as service charges and from next day it stopped working. When I asked them its charger problem and even they didn't see my laptop I advise better to avoid this.
Bunch of scammers sitting there with no honesty. They take your money claiming they can fix your device and when they cant fix it they just blame it on the device and blame it on you for "not knowing how the device works". If your device is broken I'd suggest throw it away rather than going to these scammers and wasting your money. Stay away from them. Update: they really said "he is not in my database" as if they keep track of people they scam. Here's a tip, instead of trying to come up with lies, why don't you guys run an honest business instead?
