I must say you guys have the absolute worst customer service. Any store that I visit says they don’t do customer service, they only do sales. How can a company operate only doing sales and not offering any in-person customer service? When I call the number, I cannot schedule a call back until Tuesday, which is 4 days away, which is not right. The phone you sold me does not work and you have over billed us for the second time.
