A bit of a mixed review, Ash was my sales associate and she was absolutely amazing so helpful and intelligent, knew exactly what she was doing. Help me out with a new phone and plan, as well as help me with my trade-in process. I would 100% recommend anyone to go see her when looking for a new phone Plan. The whole time I was at this booth, which happened to be a while considering my family members were doing multiple phone plans we had an amazing experience with Ash my only complaint comes from dealing with the sales manager Claude. I found him to be rude, and short with his staff members huffing and puffing and looking annoyed every time they ask a question. He would second-guess everything she did while helping us even though everything she had done was right. I did not enjoy the interactions we had with him or the interactions we watched him have with his staff. A shame he couldn’t have the same amount of patience and customer service as his staff does.
Really a bad experience at Erin Mills location, bought two connections in March 2024, with the Agreement of $60 each refundable connection fee. Despite couple of visits and calls they did not respond at all and even not picking up the phone now. Customer service always said that Manger will call you but till today no one responded. Visit the location again today but same excuse. Extremely bad customer service and business ethics.
I bought fido sim from this store and they said that you have 1000 international minutes in your plan but after a month i got 600$ bill because of international call. I called to fido and they said you should call to the store, they might forgot to add it in your plan. When i first time called the store, they said ok we will resolve it 24 hours but now its been a month and my bill is still there. I called around 7-8 time in the month and every time they say, we will resolve it in 24 hours but when today i called, the person who picked the call said, who was the salesman when you bought the sim. I bought this sim in September, now how i can remember the name of that person. He said i can't do anything, we don't know you, you have to come to the store which is 200km far from my city. Worse service ever
Come and ask for Max! He is the best! Very patient, calm and collected. I came in with 6 lines was paying over $500+ he told me about the Rogers Preferred Program and dropped my bill in half. Max will tell you everything you need to know, and tells you how it is. No hidden fees and no secrets. Great customer service! Thank you Max!
Amazing customer service. Working with them for last 10 years and never had any complaints. Recently, got great deal. Amira (sales rep) was very responsive and helped me for any problems.
Overall I like their service(es) but The little kiosks make it difficult to either get attention or if attended to, then kind of tiering experience especially when things take time. The Assit- Manager(lady) is good. Knows her stuff. PS: Always ask for Daily specials/ offers and any Competitive deals.
