Picked up a new Google phone months back. I can’t say enough good things about Kris! From the moment we started looking for a new phone, he was an absolute rockstar. His prompt replies made the entire process so seamless and stress-free. No matter when we reached out, whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening, Kris was always available to help with any questions we had, and his responses were always clear and thoughtful. What really sets Kris apart, though, is his honesty. He didn’t try to push us into the most expensive options or upsell us on features we didn’t need. I would give 0 stars if I could. The worse customer service ever. The employees working here are all scammers and just want their commission. They gave us the wrong information just to sell us a new service and made us port over to a new carrier but didn’t tell us that ending our contract earlier with our current provider would cost us a lot more than what they told us after looking through their system. Not only did they give false information, the employee dealing with us “Abdullah” gave us attitude for it (he was smirking in front of us) and kept lying that he is correct even when he knew he wasn’t. They were not apologetic at all and kept telling us that they didn’t say any such thing. Also, the fact that there was so much discrepancy in what the different employees working in the same store had to offer just shows they don’t care about their customers and only want their commission. Would highly suggest everyone to stay away from this tbooth location (at square one). Extremely dissatisfied and in $800 loss because of them.
Raghu was the representative helping me with my phone repair today. He was very patient and was able to help me with my concerns in a very efficient and friendly matter. Very satisfied with the customer service.
Had a great experience replacing my cracked IPhone 12 screen - Raghu was really pleasant and had my phone fixed within an hour and a half. Will be coming here again. Thank you
I can’t believe how smooth and fast the whole process was! I cracked my phone screen a couple days ago, then booked with them through the Apple website. Only had to wait 2 days! My phone was serviced by none other than Nasir. He was super informative, polite and clear. He even went the extra mile to clean my phone that was covered in glass shavings. Thank you! I would definitely recommend him and this store 5/5. I feel like I have a brand new phone!
