I have been with chatr for 3 years now and this is by far the best service provider. Whenever you enter the store you are greeted with utmost respect and the staff is very friendly.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS Such a bad service because the people working there are so rude Me and my parents went to get a headphones, We got one but it was so low sound so we asked to return it and they were arguing that we can’t return it, at the end they returned it but gives us just $35 but we paid $50 and at the end they told us to get out of the store. scammers
Worst costumer service ever, my son 15 years bought a headphones and the guy there refused to refund the money or replace it with a working headphone. That’s not a good place to go ever. Again never go there for any reason, this branch is a total Scam.
