I visited the kiosk today at 11:30am to switch my phone provider from fido to chatr. The gentleman working at that time was very professional, well mannered and polite. I would rate the service 10/10.
My sister and I came in here to fix her phone because there was something wrong with it. Can’t remember the spelling on his name, but the worker there was wonderful! Amazing service, and her phone is now fixed! Thank you.

I was today before 6 pm to increase the monthly internet and unfortunately I did not arrange anything. The employee was not willing to help me, he didn't even listen to what I needed, he just told me to call the hotline. I understand that some things cannot be arranged on site but the employee should be there to help customers and the attitude of the employee was below criticism.
40 $ 17 GB data is totally fraud plan but they don’t give customers information about the plan after payment the staff told me that for next month if they do autopay active then only they can give me 15 GB DATA and if I don’t do autopay I only get 5 Gb of data poor customer service not happy with the presentation of a plan I don’t recommend this plan to anyone.
