I ordered two Telus sim cards from them and both were defective. *** Update. The company contacted me back and was kind enough to reimburse me for the defective sim cards, without any problem. Their sim cards come directly from Telus, so the problems with Telus, and not the company.

I ordered the Telus punchout triple size sim card for 8 dollars. The Telus mall kiosks sell the same thing for 20 dollars. It came within a week via Canada Post. Haven't used the new sim card yet and am keeping for a back up. Very happy with the experience and savings.
