So rude staff. Seriously came although from kitchener nd so rude front desk and how come you not allow someone to use washroom, who travel for your products all the way.
Not worth coming to this place. There is a certain employee that is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have worked numerous retail jobs in my life therefore I understand the frustration although, i asked a simple question and got yelled at and received attitude. Totally unacceptable. I read previous reviews regarding other people’s experience at Pearlon and it seems to be similar to mine. Please learn how to train your employees to treat customers with dignity and respect.
Basic steps for a better customer experience: Acknowledge their arrival. Be attentive. Be courteous and friendly. Have stock available if not provide firm ETA of arrival. Clearly list the product and price.
Prices and products are really good but there is one lady at checkout desk , if any one ask her anything , she start looking at other girls over there and rolling her eyes .Yesterday I went there she did this to me , I saw her . And when checking out she pretends to be nice . She don’t want to help any one . She is so rude.If she don’t want to help anyone why she is sitting over there. Same thing happened with 2 of my friends over there . All of us were talking about that . They will post their reviews soon.

Completely disappointed in this supplier. Drove 45 min to pick up my usual hair color that I have been purchasing from them for years only to find out that they will no longer sell it to me without a license. Would have been nice if the owners contacted their clients to let them know of this change. Not impressed at all!!

They also sell equipment .Their many years in the industry afford them a wealth of knowledge that's obvious when interacting with the staff. Excellent customer service.
