Fernanda's is my go to for great products. Fernanda's also has the lowest prices for great quality products. This is important to us personal service providers in a tough economy.
Today I have the wonderful class about about Glycolic acid peels with Serina who is a very knowledgeable teacher I learned a lot of , techniques and steps of how to do peels skin treatments I strongly recommend
Not welcoming staff. Product line they have is just ok, not much variety to chose from. Very rude customer service. Most of the product has pumping issue from the bottle.and when it comes to return the product Then no one will help you. They will blame u , on the contrary!!
I have never been but I also can never go because these hours are not accommodating for those that work the hours between 9-5 and then they are also not open on the weekend Suggestion is to open maybe an extra hour or two later a couple days of the week or at least one day of the weekend.
Unfortunately, there aren't many locations/business like this for spa supplies, but I've been quite unimpressed with their level of customer service. COVID or not, when you have a product that doesn't work the way it is made for, it should be returned. I should not be penalized for a faulty product, especially when I asked a rep for their opinion on it. Thanks for buying supplies from AliExpress and reselling cheap chinese made products for 10x the price here and not standing behind the products. Even if I'm willing to pay a restocking fee. I want to support small business, but when it comes to return policy's Fernanda is not the place to buy from.
Fernandas used to be my go-to for aesthetic supplies. Today I was in store and received great service from the ladies on the showroom floor- I had a few things to purchase and something waiting for me at the front. When I was ready to purchase- there were 2 other customers ahead of me at the checkout conversing with the employee about certain serums and color combinations (with nothing ready to actually purchase). All 3 ladies (2 customers and employee behind desk) looked at me and saw that I was waiting with things ready to purchase- yet proceeded to have a personal conversation about what color combinations to use for certain clients. The employee did not even acknowledge me to offer any assistance or say they will be right with me. There were many free employees that could have been called on to complete my transaction, while the employee helped the customers asking questions. After waiting and being ignored, I left the store without purchasing anything. I am a business owner my self and would never even think of treating customers in such a way. All customers are important and that should be fundamental in the service industry. Fernandas was my go-to. But I will be shopping elsewhere. Quite an upsetting experience.
I attended a sugaring course here in late September and had an amazing experience. The ability to get hands on experience while learning from an experienced teacher was an invaluable asset. I now use Fernanda’s as my supplier for my small business which I can say is doing really well all to the thanks of the sugaring course and the amazing products Fernada’s supplies me with.
