I bought this one from this shop. It doesn’t work. I went to buy other one. I told her( was an old woman) it doesn’t work for me please show me a good one to buy. She treated me badly. I went to buy the next item, not to change. She was rude and I left without buying anything. Finally (Untrained and misbehaving employees)
I have been to this store a few times over the past few years. Every time, there is a lady there (I don't know her name) who behaves in a very annoyed and suspicious way towards me, as if I'm trying to steal something, when all I'm doing is looking at products and reading ingredients and comparing them! I hate buying things that don't work for my hair, so I have to do a lot of research before making a purchase. Despite this weird issue, I was thinking of going there again (just because it's the closest hair supply shop to me), but then I read the review of the brow stylist who messed up the client's brows, then called the brows 'gay' and laughed! It is unbelievable that a business dares to claim the "LGBTQ+ friendly" label on Google Maps, when they have such a homophobic employee (not to mention incompetent -- see the reviews from different clients complaining of terrible brow jobs here, scary!). I am never coming back again, and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place.️️⚧️ (It's really too bad -- all the other Beauty Supply Outlet stores I've been to in Toronto had pleasant, helpful people working there. I especially liked the Front Street store.)

I was very regular customer here but now i am really scared to go here again i work in the same plaza so its really convenient for me to commute here for my brows , the girl working there from nepal is really nice i always go to her she did perfect job everytime but sometimes i have to go for another girl working there i don’t know her name but i think it starts from A, i have gone to her for two times and both times she messed up , last time i haven’t wrote any review i thought maybe it happens sometimes thats okay to forgive once at that time she put lot of cuts on the upper side of my brow and it was really painful when water touches that and this time unfortunately i have to go again for her and this time i don’t know what she did on my nose maybe it was thread or maybe its her ring she scratches on my nose earlier i didn’t saw it when i was there but after few minutes when i come back i start feeling itchy and feels like my skin got irritated and turns red. What if customer have to go out somewhere because i know it will be okay in one or two days but still that was not good service , i am really disappointed this time.

I came in to inquire about a certain crème I use and Alesha was so very helpful. She got the product from a different location and promise to order another one for me. It’s so refreshing to have such amazing, friendly, and courteous service and even my husband was ver impressed with Alesha’s professionalism. I took my daughter to this place and as we were looking at the products and one of the workers kept peeping over, looking at us in a way as if we were going to steal something. We were both extremely uncomfortable.
