I just discovered this Sally’s location. They had very knowledgeable and super friendly staff that helped give suggestions on why my hair colour wasn’t sticking. Everything was well stocked. Would recommend!
I came into Sally’s as it was the nearest one from where I was, did not get a greeting by any of the employees but just them looking at me and walking away, I am disappointed and when I asked them about how to remove my daughter hair dye they recommended beach, after we used it on my daughter her hair was horribly damaged the next few days and went to talk to the store manager Jayy and instead of getting a refund and a explanation I got rudely kicked out and them sticking the middle finger at me when I was leaving, worse experience at Sally’s in my life.
I bought the sales person's recommendation for a professional trimmer yesterday, but after testing that today we noticed its sharpness is not even close to a professional one. They have no return policy after use, so be cautious.
Very bad customer service! I’m standing at the locked door outside and I can see her inside and she won’t open the door making gestures they closed at 5!!! It’s 5:04 and I came a long drive just to get something urgent. Very rude she didn’t even look at me and ignored me standing outside in the freezing cold!!!!
The ladies working there were very helpful, however they ended up giving me the wrong model trimmer than the one I picked from the cards on display. I didn't realize until I had already used it and the blade guard sizes didn't match what I'd picked. Called and they said final sale, no returns. The most annoying thing is that they are significantly more expensive than other online retailers, but I needed a trimmer ASAP.
This is the first time I come to this shop and it's hard to say that I am delighted with the service I received from the worker/ manager Shii. All praise for her!
First time in this store and I felt like I was invisible. White old worker in the front desk never helped or greeted me, didn’t say hi, or anything of that sort. I asked her a question and she was rude to me and didn’t look like she wanted to talk to me. Another lady (who was white also) who was there immediately got greeted and was nice to her the whole time. Honestly, never have I ever felt like someone was racist at a Sally’s in my whole life. Unbelievable.
