This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I thought the sales person was just excited to get a sale. Nope. The fenders both needed to be replaced. The radio cost another $1000.00. When I addressed the radio, sales person said 'there's been issues in the area'. Nope. It was a radio issue. The battery was almost dead and needed replacing and the alignment was off. All these were to be completed by the time I picked up the vehicle. Most were-after pulling teeth. Not the radio, or the fees I paid my mechanic to confirm what the issues were. Western was asked repeatedly to pay the money I was out. I surely didn't want to resort to a google review. Maybe now, we'll get somewhere. I have little confidence. For the $1200.00 I am out of pocket, going 6 of the 7 weeks I've owned the vehicle without being able to drive it while paying finance fees and insurance for a vehicle I couldn't drive, the least Western could do is give me back these amounts-about $1500.00. The stress of dealing with this company has been overwhelming. If the sales person lied to the boss about what transpired, once I told my story, and to avoid all I went through...it would be proper customer service. Buying away from home-never again.
Instead of visiting to flashy dealerships, go pay them a visit and you won’t regret it. If you really want to get your work done in a timely manner, this is the place to go. Extremely helpful and professional guys. Got my friend approved for a car really quick and on really good interest rates.
