Well the cars are not clean with torn steering wheel and the servicing is not complete neither the systems are updated in tesla unfortunately this location i had this experience for 2nd time although my insurance is paying but the vehicle given was driven almost 200k km n the previous who rented the vehicle must have been smoking as its smelly will be returning in a day for replacement or will go and checkout other locations for better options

I rented a car here for 3 days and returned it to Toronto Airport, which charged me for using it for 9 days. I made a claim to Hertz, but there is no update. When I call the customer center, they only play ping-pong games for 2 hours.
Couldn't even navigate to their website without my security programs warning me they could be a fraud/ information harvester. If they can't get their website in order, I wonder what else they don't have in order?
I recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz and must say it was a very positive experience. Thanks to Khaled and Hamzi for making the experience a great one and for the great customer service. I would definitely buy and other car from Hertz as the prices are unbeatable, and I have told everyone in my family if they need a good used car go to Hertz.
Please NOT buy any used car from this store as I were cheated by this store. I purchased a used car from there. I were told the car is totally clean, but after 2 years' usage, my report shows me there is actually damage just the day before I purchased it. Contacted the management team for solution, they just don't even show up for a word. For car rental, I don't know, probably they are the same group of guys so not recommend.
Staff is nice however their customer service get worse after signing the deal. I bought Altima 2016 and the car wasn't ready for pickup on promised date. Carproof wasn't provided even until pickup date mentioning technical problems and I had to buy it directly from carproof. The warranty paper was provided with car kilometers listed 2000km less than actual which I should have checked. I emailed about it on the same day after picking up the car but didn't get any response.
