I recently purchased a Lexus from Mr. Faisal at his dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and his hospitality and honesty made the entire experience smooth. if you're looking for a used reliable car. I highly recommend visiting HHA Motors. Will absolutely be going again for our next purchase . Five stars for exceptional service! Thank you.
I recently bought my car from here and all I can say is that the experience was 10/10, seamless, with no strings attached. I got the car exactly in the condition that was promised. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!
When I was waiting for my car, Adrian gave me an EEFOC and told me it would be around 6-7 dollars which was SO TUFFFF BOIII, good service I would come back here again.
bought my first car from hhamotors it was vsey smooth transaction , great price and awesome service ,will certainly reccomend any one looking for a car.
Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 2014 from Muhammad. As previously mentioned by other customers. He is very genuine and friendly with his sales but we are now on the hook for $7000 of repairs having to replace radiator, condenser, and now the transmission. Worst purchase. I should have gone with my gut feeling not to purchase but Muhammad kind attitude convinced me and now I'm paying the price. Do not purchase vehicle from this garage it will only cause you upset. Just read some of the other reviews. June 2024 update now having to pay because AC is not working.....this just keeps getting worse. The car is a complete Lemon....I know they say when the world gives you lemons make lemon juice. But if you buy a car here you will be having a very bitter/sour and very regrettable experience. Just don't go there
If i could give this place a zero i would, purchased this vehicle almost a year now and its been nothing but trouble i should have taken the red flags seriously when i had to bring the vehicle back 4 times. Its hasn't even been a full year and this vehicle cost me almost $3000 in repairs, i have purchased used vehicles as old as 2001 and never had the issues this vehicle gave me. Make sure you bring a mechanic to check out any vehicles yall plan to purchase from this guy. I would never recommend my enemies to this place and i am not sure if even half of these reviews are legit. Good luck to anyone who chose to spend their hard earned dollars at this place.
In April 2021 after a horrible experience with a private seller of a 2006 Murano (listed as 188,000 km which were really miles, a 30 minute "certification" where I believe the mechanic was just paid off) the car was in an accident and my wife and I were only too happy to ditch it and move on. My daughter, despite the many problems encountered, still wanted a Murano, so the search was on. This was how we came across HHA Motors and the owner Muhammad. HHA had an '09 Murano SL AWD listed with 224K on it. Not great, but at least honest mileage. I arranged to see the car and drove from Scarborough. From the get go, Muhammad was up front about some body damage that had been fixed by them (showed me the before pictures) and that the Air Conditioning and a remote back seat release did not work. This I assumed was going to be our responsibility as it had nothing to do with safety. Car looked good, clean and Muhammad's son came out with me on the test drive, where he pointed out if we were looking for fuel economy, this wasn't the vehicle for me. Their honesty was refreshing. Test drive went well and the next day I phoned to say we would take it so the certification process could proceed. That completed he met my daughter and I at the Service Ontario location near them and the purchase was complete. A few days later the check engine light came on. A day after that the power steering started to fail. Muhammad urged to me come in and they would take care of it. Another drive out to Mississauga and as his mechanic couldn't see where a leak was coming from introduced a "sealer" into the power steering reservoir and topped it up. I did think this was a quick fix but Muhammad assured me if it didn't work just come back. A few days after this and not only was the steering acting up again but the battery light and the brake light came on the dash and freaked my daughter out. So off to Midas to get the battery checked. It definitely needed replacing and I did so right away (Muhammad did offer to pay for this but I declined, saying this was on me). But the lights didn't go out with the new battery. The Midas guy said it was then likely the alternator. Another call to Muhammad and this time I had to leave the car for a couple of days just to be sure. End result was the power steering unit and alternator were replaced at their expense. End of story? Not quite. Muhammad explained that the alternator was from a 2014 Murano so I thought as long as it is fixed I am good with that. He went on a lengthy test drive with me to check that all was good but the battery light kept flickering on and off. I was advised to keep an eye on it and call if not working properly. Oh, and because there was an unusual amount of bird poop on the care Muhammad took it through a car wash as well. Well sure enough Murphy's Law was in full effect and I had to make another visit to replace the already replaced alternator, this time with a refurbished unit. And finally the problems had been erased, or so I thought. Two weeks after the 2nd alternator Muhammad texted me to see how everything was, which I must say was not something I expected. In that time my regular mechanic had fixed the air conditioning (an easy to take $275) but the passenger side headlight had burnt out. The mechanic showed me condensation inside the headlight unit and because of the high intensity type bulb the only fix was a whole new unit; $2,000 if from Nissan!! Well past the warranty period by this time, Muhammad said he would look around for a used unit for me. In summary, maybe don't buy an '09 Murano, which I found out later was one of the worst years for this vehicle. My daughter loves it so there is that at least. And Muhammad and HHA Motors? A big thumbs up for doing everything they said they would do, for not hiding anything and for following up well after the sale. The only reason I am going with 4 stars reflects the amount of time involved to get things right, not for lack of effort on Muhammad's part. Thanks Muhammad.
