Absolute garbage customer service. They lie about the condition of the car and are too lazy to provide any info over the phone. When you show up it’s a different story, save your time and money folks
They post ads of cars saying certified you get there and they act like it’s a mistake and the car ends up being a piece of garbage, complete waste of time going to this place.
Don’t waste your time with this dealership. I called about a 2013 Nissan Sentra listed for $3,300 plus taxes, and the sales guy, Tom, immediately demanded a deposit before I even had a chance to negotiate, I told him I was ready to pay cash, but he still insisted on the deposit. Totally unprofessional experience
Worst dealership around. The worst dealership in Canada I’ve ever been to. So disrespectful. They give you different prices, we were there discussing vehicle option for my son and I got four different prices for each two vehicles we were looking at. There is a grumpy grumpy older gentlemen there. We ended up giving our business to another dealership and so so glad we did. We found out through a family friend that dealt with this dealership it was a nightmare from hell dealing with them. So glad we didn’t go through and we followed our gut with the red flags we saw. Buyers BEWARE.
Thomas and the entire team at Danny and Sons are great. They were very clear and honest about the Toyota Yaris I was interested in, got it for me within my price range, then they went above and beyond on service. Family owned and operated and it shows. I couldn't recommend Danny and Sons enough if you're looking for an affordable used car.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35x from this dealer, and was told the only issue with the car was a loud muffler. I specifically asked if there were any other problems with the vehicle, and was assured there was nothing else to worry about. This was a blatant lie. Upon driving the car, I discovered that it had a massive transmission leak, the engine required significant repairs, the right control arm was completely gone, and both the rear differential and front transfer case needed to be replaced. These are not minor issues – they are serious, costly problems that should have been disclosed before selling the car. This dealer is clearly trying to take advantage of customers by hiding major mechanical issues. If you’re considering buying a car here, I strongly urge you to get a thorough inspection before committing. Do not trust their word. I am beyond disappointed in their lack of honesty and transparency. I was misled and misinformed, and now I'm stuck with a car that should never have been sold. I regret purchasing from them and will make sure to warn others. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
I had an awful experience with this dealership. They took advantage of the fact that I was new to the country and sold me a car claiming it had never been in an accident. However, I later discovered that was untrue—the car had been in a rear-end collision, which I only learned after finalizing the purchase. On top of that, they attempted to add an extra $2,000 to the total price. If I hadn’t kept my receipts, they would have succeeded. To make matters worse, the car was delivered in a filthy condition, clearly showing their lack of care for customer service. I absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
