He didn’t push, didn’t try any “sales tactics,” just answered my questions and let me take my time. Super patient with the million questions I asked. He let me take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection (with no hesitation at all), and before I purchased it, I asked if he could remove the side steps - he went ahead and got that done without making it feel like a chore. He also removed the stone guard from the hood at my request, which was super helpful since they typically leave residue from the glue. Looked mint afterwards as if it was never there! After buying the car, I noticed a small plastic interior piece was missing from the console and he immediately ordered it from Toyota and kept me updated until it arrived a few days later. I’ve always bought my cars new, so the idea of going through a used car dealer gave me a lot of anxiety, especially after hearing horror stories and having a couple bad experiences in the past with buying used. Hassan changed that completely. He’s just a genuinely good person doing honest business, which feels rare these days. I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. If you’re like me - hesitant, cautious, maybe overthinking every little thing - I’d highly recommend checking out a car with him. He made the process smooth, fair, and actually enjoyable. (Which we didn’t acknowledge when we brought the car home) He has already ordered the part and has told me where to go to fix it free of charge. The best. Simple the best and easy to work with.

Amazing experience! Hassan was awesome and addressed the numerous requests we had to be done to the vehicle. It was a fantantastic deal with a fair amount for our trade and Hassan did everything we asked in the time he said he would. Was really honest and the first thing he said when I called about the vehicle was that it had an accident. Had no problem with a pre-purchase inspection, everytime I called he picked up. No pushy sales tactic at all, when we went to look at it, he came out, remembered who I was from the phone call, gave us the keys and said let me know if you want to drive it. Got my car from him 9 months ago. Recently had an issue with a sensor and he did the right thing. Many dealers would just argue or ignore your calls, but he helped me schedule multiple appointments for diagnosis. It was a tricky job, yet he didn’t charge me anything. Thanks for the great service.
