Last year, I bought mini from this dealer (Adam)... Despite asking few times, I couldn't see the vehicle history (carfax) till purchase done. Right a way noticed 2 previous accidents with almost $10000 repair... More importantly when I complained that I wish you told us that this is a Quebec car... He replied "I don't see any issues with Quebec car". After first day, I noticed oil leak... Adam sent me to his mechanic... At the beginning the mechanic did not notice, who sent me there and he mentioned "who gave you this garbage"!!! Anyhow with some temporary trick oil leak was stopped... Now after about 15 months and despite we seldom used the car maybe about 1000 km we should through it away as the cost of smoke and leaking is around $12000.... Means almost the same price we paid for the car. Avoid this people as the high rate stars deceived me to get in trouble.
After speaking with the new owner, Amir, the A/C has been fixed and is now working properly. Thank you, Amir and Ahamed, for addressing the issue in a timely manner. "Adam is always easy to reach out and very clear on the car info, no hidden information. I had a issue on the A/C and they gave their mechanic number to bring my car there in behalf of Victory Motors. Very good customer service."
Overall experience buying a vehicle from Victory Motors was good. Even though they followed up requests I made with action, they did not immediately let me know of their actions. All good in the end, just need to communicate their actions in real time.
