Very Disappointing Experience – Broken Promises and Blame-Shifting I purchased a Honda Civic from Disha and was promised the car would be fully ready in a week. When I arrived, the touch-ups weren’t done and the floor mats were missing. I had to come back a week later just to get the mats and the touch-up completed. Before buying, Disha also told me that if the brake pads were around 60%, they would replace them with new ones. After the sale, they completely denied ever saying that. Only after arguing did they change their story and claim that “40–60% is fine to drive,” and still didn’t replace them. She also promised winter tires if it snowed — another promise she backed out of. Overall, many of the commitments made before the sale were not honored after the sale. About 20 days later, my car started making a scratching noise from the front right suspension. Their manager, Manny, took the car into the workshop and removed two lug nuts, then claimed the issue was caused by “winter tires” being installed incorrectly — even though I installed them myself and had checked the nuts that same morning. They charged me $90 for two lug nuts and blamed me, even though the noise existed before I changed the tires. If the problem was loose lug nuts, why were only the right-side ones affected? And why did they remove the lower engine cover if the only issue was supposedly the lug nuts? It felt like they tried to fix something, realized they could charge me for it, and then shifted the blame. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating. Be careful if you plan to buy a car from them — many of the promises made during the sale were not kept afterward.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I had a confirmed appointment at 5 PM to view a 2025 white Camry Hybrid. I arrived on time, yet I was left waiting over 15 minutes just to meet the representative (Sahil). After nearly one full hour of discussion, he finally admitted that the car wasn’t even at their location. This is completely unprofessional and a serious waste of a customer’s time. I walked out with nothing—but that’s fine, because there are plenty of dealerships with better service. What they did lose was my trust and a serious buyer who was ready to make a deal.
