Did not feel like a dodgy used car sales person. No high pressure tactics. Took the car to my regular mechanic for inspection and then re-inspection after 3 faults fixed. Only down side was they didn’t tell me that there was only one key ( a duplicate is several hundred dollars) otherwise it would be five stars

I had a bad experience with Speed Auto Sales regarding my A/C repair. The problem wasn’t fixed during the warranty period, and when it came back shortly after, I was told I’d have to pay again — even though the representative, Esther Namie, had confirmed I’d only pay for parts and not labor or gas. Very disappointing after trusting their word. FYI I came in for repair within warranty they just fill the gas and let me go then in 20 days the issue still same when I came back with repair they says no warranty. And there is leak so need replace part so why they didn’t do it when it was under warranty? I asked to check leak on first place but they need to get a away with repair And they never offered me extended warranty at all.
