I originally rated 5 stars as I was happy the friendly service I received from Rajbir and his team. After about 2 weeks, I reported that there was a problem with the front brakes. They responded very quickly, and sent me to Zee Auto to resolve the issue with the brakes. This was still within the 45 days validity of the safety certificate, and Zee Auto "fixed" it, but didn't explain exactly what was wrong, only advising me that they "re-serviced the brakes", and there was no paperwork/receipt provided. Approximately 6 weeks after that, the front brakes were making noise again, so this time I took the car to a different garage, and was advised that whoever last serviced the brakes used the wrong brake pads or other wrong parts, and that this ended up causing damage to the rotors. I ended spending another $900 to get it done properly, which was disappointing, considering that the car was safety certified (with bad brakes?). I would like to give 5 stars because I think Rajbir and his team are good guys, and would like to buy from them again in the future, but when I reported the brakes issue after only two weeks, it should have been fixed properly. I'll be happy to update my review if this is addressed.
